 It is a natural and constitutional right of every human being to be able to think and express his views independently, without any fear or pressure. The right of equality, in legal and judicial terms is also a necessity for every individual. Although, youth community can fight for this right of his own; however policy makers can ensure that these rights are available to every individual by creating a safe and healthy environment around. For growth and prosperity of mankind, it is necessary that everyone gets equal However, the youth community, which is full of decisive powers and is beaming opportunity in health, education and cultural promotional activities.

with immense potential is yet to acquire its actual recognition and is deprived of its role and involvement at economical, political and cultural fronts. To achieve this recognition and to ensure the right involvement of youth community, a large number of concrete measures are required to adopted to make the youth community more dynamic, sensitive and revolutionary in their approach. Political and social activism, economic security and social acceptability are some of the measures through which youth could be made a significant contributor in the progress of the country. They could be better utilized in making the basic amenities like health and education available to every citizen of the country. Today, a very large number of young individuals who are dwelling a comparatively comfortable life as engineers, doctors, managers and journalists, are interested to do their best in making basic amenities of the country better. What is required is to promote these aspirations and guide them on right track. Youth community in different segments of our society are working hard night and day for progress of our country but are still remotely placed as far the process of decision making is concerned.

It is urgently required to bring this youth community in the mainstream and make them a part of decision making procedure. No matter whether they are young laborers, officers, consumers, social-workers or those who are providing leadership in different areas, they all deserve chance to show their potential.

In this context, “Meemansha:Ek Pahal” is organizing “National Youth Conclave 2009″ on 3rd -4th October, 2009. More than 500 youth representatives, from different fields and profession, are coming from different parts of the country to attend the conclave and they would discuss on contemporary national challenges and what is the best strategy to face them. They would also initiate few ground works towards realization of these goals. This conclave would emphasize on the value of youth activism and would also underline the basic necessity of education and health to every citizen. It would be a great platform for more than 500 young individuals to discuss their role, responsibilities, and apparent challenges in context of development of nation through social activities. Undoubtedly, this conclave is going to have a great impact on changes and developments that the society and the nation would go through in coming years.

 In last few years, Youth Brigade has surprisingly emerged as first choice workforce in developing countries for different assignments like rapid economic growth of nation, bridging communication among mass and creating awareness among population etc. India is also witnessing  more or lest the same scenario, but we need to accelerate this process to another height. Today, we need to organize a large number of programs all around the country to develop better communication and understanding among young population so that they can be groomed to take-up better roles in the developmental process of the society and nation.

We hope, this conclave would act as a start-point in this direction.     

समागम का उद्देश्य है :

• देश भर के अलग-अलग क्षेत्र (इंजीनियरिंग,मेडिकल,मैनेजमेंट, पत्रकारिता, शिक्षा, कला साहित्य, संस्कृति, समाज सेवा) से जुड़े लोगों का एक मंच पर इकट्ठा होना और परस्पर संवाद कायम करना।
• शिक्षा और स्वास्थ्य जैसी मूलभूत आवश्यकताओं को सभी नागरिकों के लिए सुनिश्चित करने की दिशा में कार्यनीति और कार्ययोजना बनाना।
• ग्रामीण विकास की ओर समाज और शासन का धयान आकृष्ट करना।
• अपेक्षाकृत पिछड़े क्षेत्रों के छात्रों के कैरियर काउंसलिंग और युवाओं की रचनात्मकता और सक्रियता के लिए एक तंत्र विकसित करना और उन्हें ऐसे कार्यक्रमों से जोड़कर सामाजिक सक्रियता की दिशा में प्रेरित करना।
• समकालीन सामाजिक-राष्ट्रीय महत्व के मुद्दों पर युवाओं को जागरूक करना तथा एक राष्ट्रीय भावबोध का विकास कर युवाओं को रचनात्मक दिशा में अग्रसर करना।
• नीति-निर्माण और निर्णय प्रक्रिया में युवाओं की भूमिका और भागीदारी को सुनिश्चित करना।
• युवाओं में नेतृत्व की क्षमता का विकास करना और समाज के अलग-अलग क्षेत्र में नेतृत्व के लिए उन्हें प्रेरित और प्रोत्साहित करना।
• पर्यावरण, शिक्षा, स्वास्थ्य, सामाजिक दायित्व से जुड़े बिन्दुओं पर आम आदमी विशेषकर युवाओं में जागरूकता लाना तथा साहित्य, कला और संस्कृति से जुड़े लोगों और कार्यक्रमों को प्रोत्साहित करना।
• ग्रामीण युवाओं को आधुनिकतम सूचनाओं और सुविधाओं की जानकारी देना तथा प्रतिभाशाली ग्रामीण युवा-छात्रों को सही दिशा और मार्गदर्शन देना।
• समाज के अलग-अलग क्षेत्रों के युवाओं को गांव की समस्याओं, चिन्ताओं और चुनौतियों से निबटने की दिशा में सहयोग के लिए सक्रिय करना।

General perception: India’s huge population (at present growing @ 1.8%) is a big hurdle in the growth of our country and it is a big liability. I don’t know why people think so, I think India have enough for its need (though may not be enough for its greed). I feel the great strength and the most valuable assets of our country are our people and specially our youth. The only thing is, we need to have just with all of our people, and we need to have the proper methodology to show them the right direction. I just want to highlight few points that’s I feel is compulsory for the overall development of our country.

1. Be healthy and physically strong. We should have enough quality food. Provide better health facility and bring the yoga for all. Let our youth and children play well. We should have compulsory primary military training for all of our youth.

2. Education for all of our children and youth. Allow them to be mentally sharp and strong. Let them learn. Let them use the library and teachers. Let our library and laboratories open for 24×7(I don’t understand why we invest thousands of crores in libraries and laboratories and put the lock over that. We need to change our traditional education system and need to modernize it).I learnt that, in colleges we learn ‘how to learn’, and the actual learning starts after college. Let us learn from every source and throughout of our life.

3. Be emotionally balanced. We should not cry with everything and we should not get angry with everything. We need to learn to ignore the nonsense remarks. Never get hurt and never hurt others.

4. Be spiritually matured. Look at the truth of every religion. Become tolerant and don’t get irritated from other religion.

5. Be morally upright. Never compromise on your moral and ethical values. We need to be matured enough to decide, what it right and what is wrong. It will help us. It will save us.

6. Be socially committed. Share with others. Help others. Give others. If nothing at least love and affection. Love all. I remember the word of mother Teresa:”Give, Give and Give till it hurts you. The purpose of life is to give”.

7. Love the nature. Take only what is needed and what is compulsory from the nature. We should not forget that, our next generations also have the equal right to breath in clean air. Don’t contribute in the terror of natural catastrophe.

Don’t kill our people. Educate them, respect them and love them.

मीमांसा एक पहल की इस पहली वार्षिक सभा में आप सबका हार्दिक स्वागत है।

‘मीमांसा एक पहल’ साहित्य, कला और जीवन के प्रति समर्पित संस्था है। रचनात्मक विकास के जरिए जीवन में गुणात्मक समृद्धि की संभावनाओं को तलाशती हुई संस्था मनुष्यता के मार्ग की उलझनों और दुविधाओं को दूर करने के लिए प्रयासरत है। समाज में परस्पर सहयोग, सौहार्द और संवाद का वातावरण निर्मित हो सके, इसके लिए रचनात्मक परिवेश का होना जरूरी है। रचनात्मक परिवेश और रचनात्मक समाज में आम आदमी की वाजिब चिंताएं और उनके बेहतरी का सवाल स्वत: ही महत्वपूर्ण हो जाता है। और फिर बेहतर सोच, बेहतर संवाद और बेहतर समाज के निर्माण की परिस्थिति बनने लगती है। संस्था पिछले कुछ समय से रचनात्मक परिवेश के निर्माण की दिशा में निरन्तर कार्यरत है। विशेषकर छात्रों और युवाओं के बीच सक्रयि यह संस्था समय-समय पर अनेक सामाजिक, साहित्यिक, सांस्कृतिक कार्यक्रमों का आयोजन करती है।

पहली बार 18 फरवरी 2006 को संस्था की ओर से ‘वसंतोत्सव’ के आयोजन के जरिए एक कार्यक्रम किया गया या यूं कहें कि उक्त कार्यक्रम के लिए संस्था के निर्माण का प्रस्ताव सामने आया। इस कार्यक्रम में सामाजिक संबंधों का बदलता स्वरूप विषय पर एक सेमीनार के अतिरिक्त कवि सम्मेलन का आयोजन भी किया गया जिसमें विश्वविद्यालय के युवा कवियों ने देश के प्रतिष्ठित कवियों की उपस्थिति में अपनी काव्य प्रतिभा का परिचय दिया। उसके बाद 19 जनवरी 2007 को संस्था का विधिवत पंजीकरण हुआ। इस नाते हम 19 जनवरी को संस्था का स्थापना दिवस मान सकते हैं।

चूंकि आज यह संस्था की पहली वार्षिक सभा है इसलिए संस्था की ओर से आयोजित अब तक के कार्यक्रमों का संक्षिप्त विवरण देना जरूरी जान पड़ता है जो इस प्रकार है-

• 18 फरवरी 2006 वसंतोत्सव
• 17 अगस्त 2006 ‘कुंजविहारी मिश्र’ द्वारा मैथिली-भोजपुरी, हिन्दी गीत-गजलों का कार्यक्रम ‘गीत गजल संध्या
• 16 नवंबर 2006 प्रेस दिवस के अवसर पर ‘प्रेस जनता और राजनीति (Press, People and Politics) विषय पर परिसंवाद
• 23 दिसंबर 2006 देहरादून के प्रसिद्ध कवि डा. अश्वघोष के सम्मान में ‘गीत-गजल सम्मेलन’
• 20 जनवरी 2007 मुम्बई के डा. लक्ष्मण दुबे एवं सागर त्रिपाठी के सम्मान में ‘गीत-गजल सम्मेलन’
• 12 फरवरी 2007 ‘हिन्दी ही क्यों नहीं’ विषय पर श्रीराम कालेज आफ कामर्स की हिन्दी साहित्य सभा के साथ मिलकर एक सेमिनार का आयोजन
• 13 माचZ 2007 युवा गजलकार गुंजन कुमार झा के द्वारा गीत-गजलों की प्रस्तुति
• 2 अक्टूबर 2007 ‘गांव गरीब और गांधी’ विषय पर एक परिसंवाद
• 14 नवंबर 2007 हिन्दी दिवस समारोह (वैश्विक बाजार और हिन्दी) विषय पर व्याख्यान के साथ साथ कवि सम्मेलन का आयोजन
• 8 अक्टूबर 2007 ‘मीडिया मूल्य और समाज’ विषय पर परिचर्चा
• 10 अक्टूबर 2007 ‘हिन्दी पत्रकारिता का सामाजिक दायित्व’ विषय पर परिसंवाद :
  उक्त कार्यक्रमों के दौरान डा. अश्वघोष, आनन्द प्रधान, राजेन्द्र त्यागी, राजीव रंजन राय, श्वेता रंजन, डा. पी.सी. जैन, डा. वेद प्रताप वैदिक, अपूर्वानन्द, मार्को जोली, जवाहर कर्नावट, चैतन्य प्रकाश, वी.पी. सिंघल, डा. रवि चतुर्वेदी, डा. हरीश नवल, डा. स्मिता मिश्रा, डा. राजेश रस्तोगी, आलोक पौराणिक, वशिष्ठ नारायण सिंह, हरनेक सिंह गिल, डा. श्रीराम अरोड़ा, डा. प्रभात कुमार, डा. रमा, डा. आनन्द प्रकाश, अलका सिन्हा जैसे विभिन्न विद्वान, विशेषज्ञ, विचारक, लेखक, साहित्यकार, पत्रकार, राजनेता आदि के अतिरिक्त कुंजविहारी मिश्र, गुंजन कुमार झा, डा. सरिता शर्मा, राजेश रेड्डी, मंगल नसीम, नरेश शांडिल्य, राजगोपाल सिंह, रितु गोयल, गजेन्द्र सोलंकी, राजेश चेतन, श्रवण राही, मोहन मुंतजीर, राजेन्द्र राजा जैसे अनेक कवियों एवं कलाकारों ने अलग-अलग कार्यक्रमों में भाग लेकर संस्था का सहयोग किया।
  संस्था की ओर से हाल ही में साहित्य कला और समाज की त्रैमासिक पत्रिका ‘सामयिक मीमांसा’ का प्रकाशन भी प्रारंभ किया गया। इसके अतिरिक्त संस्था आनेवाले दिनों में जमीनी स्तर पर कुछ महत्वपूर्ण कार्यक्रमों की योजना पर भी काम कर रही है।
